A Registered Counsellor with a Master of Counselling, Michelle brings much experience as an Allied Health Professional, a passion for working with people that have different abilities, their families, carers, and supporters, and is dedicated to alleviating compassion fatigue and burnout among people caring for others.  Michelle developed an evidence-based program to risk manage and alleviate compassion fatigue and burnout with people who care for others and organisations.

Leading with a person-centered approach, Michelle guides growth with people using evidence-based practices and fully appreciating strengths.
